Finished sides of siding and the Guttering goes up!

This is the East side of the house and the backside-all sided! It needs a little cleaning off, but it looks awesome!!!!

This is the West side of the house. The windows are to the laundry room and the kitchen.

Today, Oct. 13th, The Gutter Guys, from Effingham, came and installed the guttering for the house. Steve and Dan had it done in no time at all!

A big thanks to the Gutter Guys for doing such a great job and wanting to be a part of Team Bailey! We appreciate you!!!

Meet Bailey

Bailey is a 10 year old girl, who was born with Osteopetrosis, which means brittle bones. She has broken over 37 bones and had quite a few major surgeries. In the fall of 2009, her doctors suggested that a bone marrow transplant would hopefully help cure her of this disease. In May of 2010, she began her journey of courage at Riley's Children's Hospital in Indiana.

In February of 2011, she returned home to begin her time of recovery. Now, it is 2012, and she is in 5th grade and doing great! She hasn't even broken a bone at all! What a blessing and miracle! God is amazing!!!

How did Team Bailey get started? It all began with a friendship between my daughter, Gabbie and Bailey. These two little girls just love being together. They love to laugh, giggle and dance to music-especially Justin Beiber! Through their friendship I learned about Bailey's bone marrow transplant and how she could not return home after the procedure. During a 'good luck' send off party for Bailey, Connie Doty and I began talking about Bailey's family's situation and thought, 'let's build a house for them.' We knew that our community was a wonderful one, so we started contacting businesses to be a part of this heart-moving project and we had an overwhelming response, and knew it was going to happen! After getting many businesses on board, we shared our idea with the public, and the love of Team Bailey began!!
